We are currently seeking a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent / Guest Services Associate to join our team. This is a key guest-facing role for a serious hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced hotel environment and is committed to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage efficient check-in/check-out procedures
- Assign rooms, process payments, and handle reservations accurately
- Provide exceptional guest service while maintaining professionalism at all times
- Resolve guest concerns, complaints, and billing discrepancies promptly and effectively
- Coordinate daily with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure room readiness and smooth hotel operations
- Assist with VIP guest requests and special accommodations
- Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and service notes within the PMS system
- Foster positive guest relations by ensuring every guest interaction is welcoming and memorable
- Support overall front desk operations during high-volume periods while maintaining attention to detail
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous hotel front desk or guest services experience required
- Strong customer service background in a hotel, resort, or hospitality setting
- Experience handling guest complaints and conflict resolution professionally
- Familiarity with Hotel Key (PMS) and reservation software preferred
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Must be flexible and available to work:
- AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- PM Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Including Weekends and holidays
