Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $85+ (based on experience)

RN Preceptor Responsibilities
-
Conduct co-visits to train and support field clinicians
-
Lead clinical onboarding and orientation sessions
-
Complete competency evaluations and skill validations
-
Provide ongoing mentorship and clinical guidance

Perform patient assessments, OASIS documentation, and care planning

Deliver skilled nursing care, including:

Chronic and acute disease management

Medication management
-
Wound care and post-surgical care

Pain management
-
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

Support quality assurance and compliance initiatives

Travel within Sarasota County and surrounding areas as needed
Schedule & Compensation

Full-Time | Monday–Friday

No nights, weekends, or on-call requirements

Base salary + bonus opportunities + optional visit earnings
Qualifications
-
Active, unencumbered Florida RN license (required)
-
Minimum 2 years of home health experience (required)

Strong knowledge of Medicare OASIS documentation (required)

Experience with WellSky/Kinnser EMR (preferred)

Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Ability to travel within the assigned territory
