As a Crew Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This position involves various tasks, including food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant.
Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Prepare food items according to safety and quality standards, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms by bussing tables and performing regular cleaning duties.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed and monitoring product freshness.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations during peak hours.
- Follow all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Experience with cash registers or Aloha POS systems is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or grocery store is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented atmosphere while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure.
