NOW HIRING – Fence Crew Lead / Foreman
Clayton Fencing is looking for an experienced Fence Crew Lead to join our team. If you're the type of person who takes pride in your work, leads by example, and knows how to keep a crew productive while maintaining quality, we'd like to talk.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a fence installation crew on residential and commercial projects.
- Read job layouts and ensure projects are completed correctly and efficiently.
- Maintain high quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Communicate with customers professionally on job sites.
- Train and mentor installers and helpers.
- Ensure crews follow safety standards and keep job sites clean.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of fence installation experience.
- Able to install wood, vinyl, aluminum, and chain link fencing.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, organized, and able to solve problems in the field.
- Able to lift heavy materials and work outdoors in Florida weather.
