Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Host to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in food service or hospitality environments. This role is vital in ensuring a positive first impression and smooth flow of operations within our establishment.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage wait times efficiently
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely seating and guest satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area
- Assist with guest needs throughout their visit, fostering positive guest relations
- Support other front-of-house operations as needed to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- English & Spanish speaking
- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in food service/hospitality is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated hospitality skills with a welcoming demeanor and positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if required
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
