Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead the daily operations of our business. This vital role ensures open communications, smooth administrative functions, maintains efficient office workflows and demanding scheudles. Duties
- Oversee office operations and coordination of multiple departments
- Maintain accurate records through data entry, filing, proofreading, and managing office documentation using Microsoft Office, Wordpress, PCS, Samsara, DAT and Go High-level/Driver Deploy
- Handle calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and coordinating personal assistant tasks as needed
- Manage office supplies inventory, place orders, and ensure the office remains well-stocked and organized
- Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients, vendors, and team members with clerical assistance and support requests
- Perform bookkeeping duties to manage accounts payable and account receivable
- Human resources support including onboarding, insurance, benefits and payroll
- Coordination of insurance renewals and workers comp compliance
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Effective phone etiquette skills with experience managing multi-line phone systems and providing customer support
- Previous office management or administrative experience is essential; familiarity with clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, data entry, and calendar management is preferred
- Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Pay: $25.02 - $30.13 per hour
