Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, managing data entry tasks, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests. This positions also requires that you are able to handle all dogs who come through our facility in the listed ways below:
- Dog runner - take back and forth from the lobby to the kennel and vice versa
- Checking for fleas
Duties
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate information and solutions.
- Manage data entry tasks efficiently, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and accurately recorded.
- Assist with proofreading documents to maintain high-quality standards in communications.
- Provide support in office management tasks, including filing and organizing documents as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Maintain proficiency in Google Suite applications to facilitate daily operations.
- Act as a personal assistant when required, helping with various administrative tasks that support the team.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Strong computer literacy skills, including proficiency in Google Suite
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to proofread documents effectively for clarity and accuracy.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is a plus.
- Strong typing skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly demeanor.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
