Help Build the Next Generation of Agency Owners
We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused Training Specialist to guide and
support future agency owners through one of the most important stages of their careers.
In this role, you will serve as a coach, trainer, and accountability partner for new Agents—
from their first day in the licensing process through graduation from the Agent-in-Training
program and the launch of their own agency. You will also play a key role in helping train
and develop agency support staff.

goals, this could be an excellent fit.
Salary Range: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
