Schedule
Candidates must be flexible to work off shifts.
Now hiring for our new Weekend Shift
- Friday through Sunday
- Three 12-hour shifts
- Four days off every week
What You'll Do
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and power transmission systems
- Repair and replace bearings, chains, sprockets, belts, valves, cylinders, and related components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance calls
- Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability
- Travel between Bright Wood facilities using a company vehicle as needed
What We're Looking For
- Three or more years of Millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Experience working with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative maintenance team
- Willingness to travel between local facilities (approximately 25%)
- Ability to respond to breakdown calls when scheduled

Location
Employees generally report to one primary location but may travel between Bright Wood facilities in Madras, Culver, Redmond, and Prineville using a company vehicle.
