We’re looking for someone who knows the coffee bar inside and out and takes pride in their craft.
Who You Are
- Minimum 2 years of professional barista experience (espresso-focused)
- Confident dialing in espresso and working with commercial espresso machines
- Strong latte art skills are REQUIRED
- Deep understanding of coffee bean regions, processing methods & flavor profiles
- Comfortable educating, inspiring, and connecting with customers
- Creative mindset with interest in seasonal and signature drink development
- Organized, clean, detail-oriented behind the bar
- Positive, friendly energy — you help set the vibe

What You’ll Be Doing
- Pulling high-quality espresso shots and crafting milk-based drinks
- Creating clean, consistent latte art every day
- Helping develop seasonal drinks and specialty recipes
- Maintaining a clean, efficient, well-organized coffee bar
- Engaging guests and elevating their coffee experience
- Contributing to a chill, creative, boutique café atmosphere
