Position Overview:
Caperton’s Guns is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Online Packing Associate to assist with all aspects of outgoing inventory. This role is essential in maintaining accurate records and adhering to packaging, labeling, and shipping guidelines. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced individual with packing and/or warehouse experience to join our team. Experience with shipping preparation and inventory tracking is preferred.
75% of our business is online and you will be working in the warehouse. Some days are hot and some are cold, can't be scared to sweat.
Duties:
-Pack outgoing packages thoroughly and precisely
-Adhere to seller platform guidelines
-Organize warehouse
-Be proactive in learning more parts of the business to hopefully grow into a larger role
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in shipping preparation and inventory tracking is preferred.
- Attention to detail and high accuracy with documentation
- Ability to lift boxes up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Quickness and efficiency on computers with a high level of tech savviness
