Kitchen Staff / Prep Cook

Pay: $10–$15 per hour
Full-time or Part-time
PHO ICT is hiring kitchen staff. Experience is preferred, but we can train someone who is willing to learn, work hard and keep the kitchen clean.
Job Duties
- Prepare ingredients and food.
- Cook pho and prepare toppings.
- Make bánh mì sandwiches.
- Bake and prepare bread for bánh mì.
- Prepare corn dogs and fried rice.
- Work with fryers and other kitchen equipment.
- Wash dishes and kitchen equipment.
- Stock ingredients and supplies.
- Keep the kitchen and work area clean.
- Take out trash.
- Help at another kitchen station when needed.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Reliable and able to arrive on time.
- Able to stand and work throughout the shift.
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds when needed.
- Able to follow instructions and work with a team.
- Willing to clean and wash dishes.
- Looking for stable work.
Pay
Training pay starts at $10 per hour.
After you learn your station and can work independently, pay can increase from $11 to $15 per hour, depending on your skills, performance and responsibilities.
Schedule
- Morning, afternoon and evening shifts available.
- Full-time and part-time positions available.
- Weekend availability is preferred.
