- Participate in company meetings, training opportunities, and ongoing skill development
- Maintain clean and organized job sites, vehicles, warehouses, and company facilities

What We're Looking For
- Experience in deck installation or related carpentry work
- Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to lift and carry materials required for construction projects
- Commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
