What You'll Do
Every day is different. Your responsibilities may include:
- Installing galvanized steel window wells
- Excavating around residential foundations
- Assisting with egress window installations
- Cutting concrete foundation walls using professional equipment
- Installing basement windows and drainage systems
- Loading and organizing trucks for daily jobs
- Using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
- Communicating professionally with homeowners on-site
- Taking before, during, and after installation photos
- Completing job documentation using an iPad
- Maintaining a clean, organized work vehicle
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and installation team

Physical Requirements
- Lift 75+ pounds safely
- Dig, bend, kneel, climb, and work outdoors throughout the day
- Operate power tools and construction equipment
- Climb in and out of trucks multiple times daily
- Work in varying weather conditions
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Able to pass a background check
- Construction experience is a plus, but not required
- Experience with concrete, excavation, carpentry, landscaping, or remodeling is a plus
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
