Experienced HVAC Service Technician

We are a small, locally owned heating and air conditioning company looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Technician to join our team. We have built our business around a simple philosophy: be honest, do quality work, and take care of our customers.
We are looking for someone with 10+ years of hands-on HVAC experience who is comfortable handling a wide range of residential and commercial work. This is an opportunity for an experienced technician who takes pride in their trade, can work independently, and believes in treating customers fairly.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in:
- Residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Service, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
- Heating and air conditioning repairs
- Complete system change-outs and replacements
- New construction HVAC installation
- Equipment start-up and commissioning
- Preventative maintenance
- Refrigerant systems and electrical troubleshooting
- Ductwork, airflow, and system performance
- Communicating clearly and professionally with customers
Qualifications
- 10+ years of HVAC field experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of both heating and air conditioning systems
- Experience with residential and commercial equipment
- Ability to accurately diagnose problems and recommend appropriate repairs
- Ability to perform quality work without constant supervision
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Dependable and able to show up on time
- Good communication and customer-service skills
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Ability to safely perform the physical requirements of HVAC work
- EPA certification preferred/required as applicable
