Job Summary
We want to work with a talented and experienced cannabis sales rep! If you are that guy/girl, let's talk. We pay aggressive commissions (10%). Must have a book of business and experience in cannabis sales to dispensaries in California.
Duties
- Create relationships with trustworthy dispensaries
- Cold email and cold call dispensaries
- Drop samples to dispensaries and have really good follow-up
- Educate budtenders on product features, benefits, and usage guidelines to enhance their experience
Territory
Looking for coverage for the Orange County Area. Must have exisiting relationships with dispensaries in Orange County.
Requirements
- You currently have a book of business and relationships within the retail cannabis space
Compensation
This is a commision focused role. Be comfortable with earning your pay through performance. This is a commission role where you earn 10% on all orders you write. We have multiple reps in other territories making consistent income with this model.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
