CNC Machinist
D&R Machine Company is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist who takes pride in their work and likes solving real machining problems, and being part of a shop that still values skill, craftsmanship, and teamwork.
We are not a high-volume button-pushing shop. Our work includes custom machining, repair work, steel mill service parts, fabrication support, and challenging jobs that require accuracy, good judgment, and attention to detail. If you like variety, take ownership of your work, and want to be trusted as a machinist, this may be a good fit.

What We’re Looking For
The right candidate will be able to:
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and job instructions
- Hold close tolerances and check work for accuracy
- Set up jobs, make adjustments, and troubleshoot as needed
- Program and edit CNC programs
- Work independently while also supporting the team
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Show up reliably and take ownership of assigned work
