Job Summary
We are a fast-growing roadside diesel repair company providing 24/7 emergency breakdown services for commercial trucks and fleet vehicles. We are seeking a driven and experienced Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top-tier diesel technicians, mobile mechanics, dispatchers, and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified diesel technicians, mobile mechanics, and support staff
- Post and manage job listings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms
- Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill technician roles
- Develop recruiting partnerships with trade schools and training programs
- Attend job fairs and hiring events as needed
- Track applicant flow and maintain accurate records in ATS
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Qualifications
Required:
- 2+ years of recruiting experience (skilled trades or field-based roles preferred)
- Experience hiring for technical or blue-collar positions
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
Preferred:
- Experience recruiting diesel mechanics or commercial vehicle technicians
- Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet services, or roadside assistance
