Our restoration and commercial services division is a core and expanding part of our business, supporting property managers, commercial facilities, and insurance-related clients throughout South Florida.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support the continued growth of our restoration and commercial division.
This is a field-based, relationship-driven role focused on developing long-term partnerships and expanding our presence within key verticals including property management, commercial facilities, and insurance networks.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with:
- Property managers and HOAs
- Commercial facilities and building engineers
- Insurance professionals, adjusters, and referral partners
- Identify and develop opportunities in water, fire, and mold remediation and related services
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of commercial and restoration work
- Prepare and present proposals, response plans, and service offerings
- Coordinate with operations to ensure timely response, accurate estimating, and high-quality execution
- Represent the company in the field through meetings, site visits, and industry events
Qualifications
- Experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within Restoration (water/fire/mold) or Construction, facility services, or related industries
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Self-motivated and comfortable working in a field-based role
- Experience with CRM tools and pipeline management
- Ability to travel throughout Palm Beach, Broward, and Miami-Dade

Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per year
