LEASING & SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST Universal Property Holdings – Palm Bay, Florida Help Us Grow One of Palm Bay’s Most Exciting Apartment Communities
Universal Property Holdings is seeking a highly driven, energetic, and motivated Leasing & Social Media Specialist to help oversee leasing performance and occupancy growth across a portfolio totaling approximately 260 apartment units in Palm Bay, Florida.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, understands apartment leasing, knows how to connect with prospects both online and in person, and can help create a strong social media presence that drives traffic and leases.
This is not a “sit at the desk all day” position — we want someone hungry, creative, organized, and focused on results.
RESPONSIBILITIESLeasing & Occupancy
- Respond to leads quickly via phone, text, email, and social media
- Conduct apartment tours and close leases
- Follow up consistently with prospects
- Help maintain and improve occupancy goals
- Coordinate move-ins and resident communications
- Track leasing metrics and traffic
- Assist with renewal efforts and resident retention
Social Media & Marketing
- Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and marketplace content
- Film apartment tours, amenities, and lifestyle videos
- Post consistently to help drive leads and brand awareness
- Respond to online inquiries and messages
- Help improve online reputation and reviews
- Brainstorm creative promotions and leasing campaigns
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FORRequired:
- Previous apartment leasing experience
- Strong communication and sales skills
- Comfortable being on camera and creating content
- Social media experience (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
- Organized and self-motivated
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive energy
Bonus Skills:
- Property management software experience
- Canva or basic graphic design skills
- Facebook Marketplace / Craigslist leasing experience
- Experience increasing occupancy and generating leads
