What You’ll Do as a Security Team Member:
- Patrol buildings and grounds to ensure safety and security
- Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and resident needs
- Complete incident reports and documentation accurately
- Assist residents, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner
- Support emergency preparedness and safety procedures
What We’re Looking For in a Security Team Member:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous security, law enforcement, or healthcare experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm in emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license
