DISPATCHER / TRANSPORTATION - Spring Valley
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch / Transportation our daily transportation operations.(Bus Company)
The ideal candidate should have experience working with drivers, dispatching, transportation, or logistics and be comfortable coordinating schedules, communicating with drivers, and handling day-to-day operational issues.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with drivers throughout the day.
- Assist with dispatching, scheduling, and daily transportation operations.
- Monitor the rotes schedules and help resolve any issues that arise.
- Maintain communication with drivers, and internal teams.
- Support daily logistics and transportation needs.
- Learn and quickly adapt to the company's systems and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in dispatch, transportation or working directly with drivers.
- CDL license is a plus, but not required.
- Must be a quick learner and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Curious, proactive, and willing to ask questions to understand the operation.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to handle multiple tasks at the same time.
- Genuine interest in learning and growing within the transportation industry.
Schedule
Monday through Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Some Sunday availability may be required depending on operational needs.
