Ambrosia Bistro and Wine Bar has a very rare opening for one part time professional server to join our team. This is NOT an entry level position and 2 years experience in an upscale/fine dining atmosphere is REQUIRED. Candidates must be 21 years old, have an open availability, and be willing to work weekends and some holidays. Candidates MUST have knowledge of fine wines and spirits, basic bartending skills, extensive guest service skills, the ability to work well with others, and the desire to do whatever it takes to make our guests happy. We work in a "team" atmosphere, and everyone pitches in to run food, do side work, wash dishes, stock, etc.. Current food handler's permit as well as current class 12 Mast permit is required. Hours will depend on vacations/ time off requests but is predominately day shift with one double on Mondays, which is required.
