Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities and equipment
- Respond to maintenance requests from staff and tenants in a timely manner
- Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
Skills:
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read schematics
- Experience in facilities maintenance, including HVAC, plumbing, and carpentry
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to interact professionally with tenants and staff
- Leadership skills to oversee maintenance projects and coordinate with contractors
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
