COMPENSATION & PERKS
- Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
- Seasonal Bonus: Earn up to an additional $3.00 per hour for every hour worked during the season!
- The Experience: Work in a beautiful camp setting and help fuel the adventures of hundreds of scouts.
IMPORTANT DATES
- Paid Training: May 17th
- Summer Season: May 31st – July 8th
- Consistency is key! Candidates must be available for the duration of the season.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Culinary Excellence: Prepare and serve high-quality meals in a fast-paced dining hall.
- Safety First: Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Dietary Safety: Provide dietary accommodations, following allergen protocols to strictly avoid cross-contamination.
- Kitchen Logistics: Ensure proper labeling, storage, and FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation of all food products.
- Service: Provide excellent customer service to campers and staff alike.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow staff to ensure smooth daily operations and a positive kitchen culture.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR We need team players who are passionate about hospitality and can keep their cool when the kitchen gets busy.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
- Strong work ethic and a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Preferred Qualifications: Previous food service experience a plus but not required.
