Responsibilities:
· Assembly mechanical components and systems -sheet metal products
· Setting up and operating hardware insertion machines (Heager, PEM).
· Installing studs, pem nuts, rivet
· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly instructions to assemble mechanical components accurately.
· Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment to assemble products according to specifications.
· Perform quality checks on completed assemblies to ensure they meet the company's standards.
· Identify and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the assembly process.
· Document assembly processes and maintain records of completed work.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience as a mechanical assembler in a manufacturing company
· Previous experience with operating hardware insertion machines such as Heager, PEM is a plus
· Experience with installing studs, pem nuts, rivets
· Mechanical assembly within a manufacturing environment, including assembling cabinets is preferred
· Able to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and schematics.
· Experience with hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
· Mechanical aptitude
· Sheet Metal job shop experience
Hours are:
Second Shift - Monday through Thursday - 4pm to 2:30am
The pay is up to $26.00 an hour based on experience
Pay: Up to $26.00 per hour
