We are looking for an enthusiastic, guest-focused Barista / Bartender to join our team. This hybrid position includes crafting espresso drinks, smoothies, and cold-pressed juices during the day, as well as serving local beer, wine, and mimosas during brunch and evening shifts.
This is a year-round position, available as full-time or part-time, with opportunities for growth. Weekend availability is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, smoothies, and fresh cold-pressed juices
- Pour and serve local craft beer, organic/sustainable wines, and mimosas
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar and beverage station
- Accurately process orders through POS system and manage guest tabs
- Offer knowledgeable, warm, and efficient service to all guests
- Assist with prep and restocking of beverage ingredients and garnishes
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Support teammates during busy shifts with tasks like bussing, food running, and expo
- Communicate seasonal specials, juice ingredients, and pairing suggestions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista or bartender is preferred, but not required—training available
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for food, beverage, and hospitality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
- Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift 30 lbs
- Must have or be willing to obtain MT alcohol server certification
