About the Role
A Project Manager’s primary responsibility is as the Company’s principal representative for the administrative and technical management of the construction project. Supervises all activities related to Contract Administration, Document Control, Change Orders, Submittals, Procurement and Schedule. Works closely with Estimating during pre-construction process. In conjunction with the Preconstruction Department, interfaces with owners, A/E’s suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve constructability and/or value engineering matters during negotiation and contract execution. Performs all essential functions and responsibilities in conjunction with the company’s values and beliefs and in alignment with Company's policies so that the client’s full satisfaction and at the Company’s expected levels of safety, quality and profitability are obtained.

Position Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company, client, and project policies while upholding job site safety in alignment with national standards.
- Generate project estimates, review proposals, and establish detailed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Oversee project execution to maintain alignment with design specifications, budget constraints, and scheduling requirements. Work closely with clients to clarify expectations before, during, and after project completion, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address challenges, and ensure adherence to project goals.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and stakeholders to support long-term partnerships and team development.
- Assist leadership in planning future labor and material needs while providing consistent project reports and updates to senior management.
- Anticipate and forecast financial trends, making necessary adjustments to keep projects on track.
- Develop project scopes and budgets, manage Requests for Proposals (RFPs), and oversee Change Management processes. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
- Maintain a commitment to continuous learning and improvement, both personally and professionally, to enhance leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in Electrical Construction management.
- Experience managing large-scale, complex electrical infrastructure projects, specifically within Healthcare facilities and clean room environments.
- In-depth knowledge of data center electrical distribution systems, cabling, and white space fit-outs.
- Experience managing retrofits in live operational environments with cross-discipline critical facility systems.
- Proficiency in computer systems and adaptability to learning new technologies.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective scheduling, delegation, and time management skills.
- Ability to navigate and resolve conflicts tactfully while implementing strategic problem-solving.
Preferred
- Experience with healthcare, large infrastructure projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of certifications, education, and industry experience (such as a journeyman or master electrician’s license).
- Certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or PMI-Scheduling Professional (SP).
- Familiarity with software tools such as Google Suite, Salesforce, and ConEst.
