Seeking a Temporary Supply Chain Coordinator to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for supply chain, order processing, inventory, and logistics activities.
This is a part-time temporary assignment ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and interested in gaining hands-on experience in supply chain and logistics operations.
Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply. Previous supply chain or logistics experience is helpful but not required.

Enter customer purchase order information into the ERP system.

Review order details, including item numbers, quantities, and pricing, for accuracy.

Prepare and issue shipment orders to third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse partners.

Follow up with warehouse and logistics partners regarding order accuracy and shipment schedules.

Assist with communications regarding order and shipment status.

Confirm transportation methods for outbound orders.

Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners regarding outbound shipments.

Track and confirm shipment and delivery status.

Perform inventory-related data entry and administrative support.

Maintain inventory information and records using spreadsheets.

Assist with reviewing and updating supply chain and logistics data.

Maintain accurate and organized electronic records and documentation.

Support the team with special projects and other administrative duties as assigned.

Communicate professionally with internal team members and external business partners.

Identify opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Previous experience with logistics, supply chain, order processing, or data entry is helpful but not required.

Experience using an ERP system is preferred but not required.

Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is preferred.
