Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, eyelash lift and tint, chemical peel, and dermaplaning.
- Conduct skin analysis and provide tailored recommendations for skincare routines and aesthetic treatments based on individual needs.
- Maintain strict sanitation and infection control standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Educate clients on skincare products, home care routines, and treatment benefits to foster ongoing relationships and loyalty.
- Support sales efforts by recommending suitable products and packages that meet client needs while achieving business goals.

Requirements
- Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with comprehensive knowledge of cosmetology practices.
- Experience with aesthetic treatments mentioned above.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients.
- Demonstrated sales skills to promote products and treatment packages confidently.
- Candidates with an established network or existing clientele will be prioritized for this role to help accelerate their onboarding. This also proves to us that you have the ability to form relationships and build trust with clients.
