Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Las Vegas. In this part-time role, you will work one-on-one with clients in their natural environments (home and community), implementing individualized behavior intervention plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).If you love making a tangible difference in a person's life every single day, we want to meet you!
What You Will Do
- Provide 1:1 Therapy: Implement direct ABA therapy to clients in home, school, or community settings.
- Run Skill Acquisition: Teach communication, social, self-help, and play skills using positive reinforcement.
- Manage Behavior: Implement behavior reduction plans safely and effectively.
- Collect Data: Track client progress digitally during every session to ensure data-driven clinical decisions.
- Collaborate: Work closely under the supervision of a BCBA and communicate effectively with families.
What We Look For
- Certification: Active RBT certification registered with the BACB.
- License: Active State of Nevada Applied Behavior Analysis Board licensure
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred).
- Language: Speaking Spanich is a requirement
- Transport: Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and active auto insurance to travel to client homes.
- Traits: Playful energy, patience, strong work ethic, and a genuine love for working with kids.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
