Xtreme Manufacturing in Henderson, Nevada, is seeking an Inside Parts Technician to join our team!
Job Function: Provide assistance and support to customers requiring parts.
Essential Functions:
- First responder to inbound customer calls to the parts line call loop.
- Respond to email messages and website inquiries for customers seeking help.
- Provide support, direction and assistance to employees and customers with Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel products.
- Document all pertinent identification information including, name, company, machine, model, serial number, required parts, time of call, and resolution.
- Support web based applications and parts look up.
- Perform post-resolution follow-ups to confirm completion to customer satisfaction.
- Enter sales orders.
- Process credit cards.
- Process return authorizations.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate as necessary.
- Follow up and expedite parts as required to meet customer needs.
- Participate in creation and implementation of parts department policies.
- Communicate all engineering, assembly and quality issues learned from customer interactions through the service manager to be addressed in MRB meetings.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Escalate unresolved calls using the appropriate protocol to facilitate a resolution.
- Any additional support required for the overall success of Xtreme Manufacturing and Snorkel.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years in Aerial Lift Equipment industry preferred.
- Knowledge of basic mechanics with the ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics and blueprints.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective listening skills.
- Ability to absorb and retain information quickly.
- Aptitude to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
- Exceptional customer service orientation.
- Self-motivated and fast paced personality with serious work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding computer skills required (MS Windows, MS Office), expert skills in Excel and Access a plus.
- Exceptional phone manners, the ability to multitask and make good decisions.
- Team Player.
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
