Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure high quality service and efficiency.
- Recruit, train, and develop restaurant staff including servers, cooks, and managers.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplies to minimize waste while maximizing profit.
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Analyze financial reports to make informed decisions for improving profitability.
- Foster a positive work environment by encouraging teamwork and communication among staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including staffing, finance, and inventory management.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff and customers alike.
- Understanding of marketing and promotions, especially in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
