Summary of this Opportunity:
This position is for someone confident in sales and eager to break into the highly rewarding financial industry. You start in an outbound sales role where we help you learn and develop the skills needed to be a successful mortgage advisor. Our training program prepares you to become an independent loan officer able to consistently earn $15,000 - $25,000 or more per month in as little as 8-12 months. We provide everything, the system, support, products, and the customers.
Initial Training as a Sales Rep
As a sales rep you transfer interested customers to our licensed loan officers while learning the basics of the mortgage industry. This is a fast-paced high volume role involving outbound calls to warm leads and responding to inbound inquiries via call, text and email as you learn our products and processes. Successful sales reps are eligible for company-paid licensing, training and sponsorship to become a licensed mortgage loan officer in as soon as 120 days.
- Full-time W2 remote work from home position.
- Early, Evening or Weekend shifts will be required.
- $7.50 per hour plus uncapped daily bonuses starting on your first week.
- Expected income range: $3500-$5500/month.
- Expected time in position: 4-6 months (or longer, depending on progress).
Progression to Licensed Junior Loan Officer
Once licensed, you are able to work directly with a top-performing, veteran loan officer to begin learning the business hands-on while receiving close guidance and support. In the Junior LO role, you will learn key items such as loan products, processing, pipeline management, and the entire closing process before becoming a fully independent mortgage loan officer.
- Remote 1099 Independent Contractor. (W2 may be available)
- Schedule is flexible and in coordination with a Senior LO to ensure training and guidance are available.
- Uncapped compensation by assisting with existing loans and originating new loans.
- Expected income range: $5,000-$12,000/month.
- Expected time in position: 3-6 months (or longer, depending on comfort level).
Move to Independent Loan Officer & Mortgage Advisor

- Remote 1099 Independent Contractor. (W2 may be available)
- Manage your own schedule and structure your own work week to tailor your availability for your clients.
- Industry leading compensation and quality bonuses on all loan products.
- Expected income range: $150,000 - $250,000 per year average with top producers earning $400,000 - $600,000+ per year.
- Grow your team with Jr Loan Officers and Assistants allowing high producers to earn $1 million or more annually with our virtually unlimited customer demand.
Minimum Requirements:
- Highly motivated, competitive, and the drive to succeed.
- Strong communicator with excellent verbal and written comprehension skills.
- Efficient with multitasking multiple PC programs, applications and windows.
- Very strong ethics, customer focused values, and positive attitude.
- Early morning, late evening and/or weekend shift availability.
- Previous experience and success in a sales focused role is preferred.
- No felonies and no misdemeanors involving finances or fraud.
- Candidates must live and work in Texas full-time, no exceptions.
Technology Requirements
- Have reliable access to a computer and high-speed internet
- Experienced with Google Workspace (Gmail, Google Meet, Google Chat, etc.).
- Able to learn new technologies confidently and quickly
- Able to troubleshoot basic computer and internet access issues.
