Position Objective:
To provide patient treatment under the supervision of their discipline specific clinician.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited therapy program with state license.
- Current license from the state of practice
- Current TB skin test
Requirements:
- Provides quality patient treatment to help each patient reach their highest practible level of function.
- Seeks oversight, communication and collaboration with their discipline specific clinician.
- Maintains current documentation and attests to correct billing.
- Is an active member of the facility interdisciplinary team.
- Is familiar with and follows Incite Policy & Procedure Manual and Incite Employee Handbook.
- Is familiar with the Incite Corporate Compliance Program
- Participates in Quality Assurance as assigned.
- Is clinically competent with all therapy procedures provided.
