- Lead and oversee all daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
- Recruit, train, develop, and manage team members while fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively and provide ongoing support to staff.
- Maintain outstanding customer service standards and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor and manage financial performance, including profit and loss, labor costs, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Drive operational improvements that enhance guest satisfaction and business growth.
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
