As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations, while effectively upselling menu items.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring that all orders are delivered accurately and to the guests’ satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures.
- Adhere to all sanitation and food safety guidelines to ensure guest health and safety.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and sanitation practices within the food service industry.
