True Vine Integrative Care is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled in-home nursing services for clients in the Canton area. We are looking for nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care and committed to supporting families in the comfort of their homes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing services in client homes
- Conduct nursing assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Participate in creating and implementing individualized care/service plans
- Provide tracheostomy care, ventilator care, catheter care, and wound care
- Administer medications and provide medication education/monitoring
- Perform diabetic care and teaching
- Assist with IV therapy, injections, and lab blood draws
- Support enteral/parenteral feeding care and education
- Provide post-operative and recovery care
- Monitor client conditions and communicate concerns appropriately
- Conduct required supervisory visits every 62 days
- Educate and support clients and caregivers
Qualifications
- Active Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license required
- Current CPR certification required
- Home health, pediatric, or private duty nursing experience preferred
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Compassionate and professional bedside manner
- Reliable transportation required
