Position :Maintenance Tech
PURPOSE AND PERFORMANCE GOALS Maintenance of all equipment and physical structures in compliance with facility standards, local, state and national codes and regulations to protect the asset, guests and employees, to ensure optimum operations, minimize expenses, and maximize guest satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned): • Performs maintenance of boilers, pumps, refrigeration, mechanical and electrical equipment as well any and all items requiring repair through a scheduled maintenance program. • Works with outside contractors as needed • Assists with training and acting as a resource for Engineer Trainees. • Assists other departments or individuals as required • Maintains accurate records of various logs and meter readings. • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance. • Attends staff meetings.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED. At least 1-2 years of maintenance experience required. Job Classification : Maintenance Tech. Pay dependent upon experience. EOE
