Art Production & E-Commerce Coordinator
House of Henry is looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our growing brand.
We are seeking an Art Production & E-Commerce Coordinator who will assist in bringing our personalized products to life while supporting our online customer experience. This role combines creativity, attention to detail, and organization — perfect for someone who enjoys artwork, personalization, and working in a fast-paced boutique environment.
The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, enjoys working with custom products, and is comfortable balancing creative projects with website management.
Responsibilities
Art Production
- Assist with creating custom artwork, monograms, and personalized designs for customer orders.
- Program monograms and prepare artwork for production.
- Create customer proofs and make revisions as needed.
- Ensure artwork is accurate, organized, and production-ready.
- Maintain artwork files, templates, and design assets.
- Assist with developing new graphics, monogram styles, and seasonal artwork.
E-Commerce & Website
- Maintain and update the company website with new products, collections, photography, and content.
- Upload product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
- Assist with website merchandising, seasonal launches, and promotions.
- Create website graphics and promotional assets.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and up to date.
- Help provide an exceptional online shopping experience.
Team Support
- Collaborate with the production and customer service teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer-facing materials.
- Assist with additional creative projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator and Photoshop (Canva experience is a plus).
- Experience creating vector artwork and preparing files for production.
- Strong typography, layout, and organizational skills.
- Experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform is preferred.
- Photography and photo editing experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
