Our projects include private residential/commercial land development, heavy civil/vertical construction, public design, and utility engineering.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
· Carry out instructions and tasks assigned by SUE Technician
· Assist in setting up, operating, and maintaining instruments, field equipment, hammers, stakes, nails, etc.
· Keep crew vehicle supplied with equipment; clean and organized.
· Follow all safety procedures and instructions.
General Requirements:
· Ability to work outdoors under all different weather and site conditions with occasional extended hours.
· Willing to work locally or travel within the state of Florida.
· Ability to walk long distances, up to several miles daily
· Able to lift and carry heavy equipment
· Must pass background check, have a valid Driver’s License and an insurable driving record.
· Must have reliable transportation to and from work each day
Benefits
2 weeks PTO a year. An extra week of PTO after five years with the company.
9 paid Holidays (determined annually)
Company Group Health Insurance, company contributes 50% of employees’ monthly premium and 25% for any dependents. Employees are eligible after 90 days.
Company paid for vision and dental insurance. Dependents covered at 100% employee cost. Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment.
Company paid STD, LTD and Life Insurance for employees. Employees are eligible after 60 days of employment.
Gym membership is capped at $50 a month. Employees are eligible after 90 days.
401K/Roth Retirement Plan with 4% matching company contribution. Employees are eligible after 90 days.
Paid training as well as any certifications that might be needed for the position.
