Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the property
- Manage guest check-in and check-out processes accurately and efficiently using property management software
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solution-oriented attitude
- Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly and courteously
- Maintain detailed records of guest information, reservations, and billing transactions
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
- Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions and preparing reports for management
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
- Proven experience in hotel environment or front desk roles within resorts or hotels
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of guest services, guest relations, and hospitality best practices
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
