Store Manager – Wireless Retail
Full-Time Base Pay + Commission

A background in wireless is a plus, but we care more about your ability to lead a team, run a tight operation, and drive results.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Actively sell alongside your team while modeling the customer experience standard
- Participate in recruiting and help identify candidates who will thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Onboard new hires and develop your existing team through consistent, real-time floor coaching
- Analyze sales performance regularly and take action before small gaps become bigger ones
- Manage scheduling to balance coverage, fairness, and business needs
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a focus on real solutions
- Maintain compliance with all company policies, training requirements, and operational standards
- Engage with the local community and represent the brand at events and outside activities
- Work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Be available to support other store locations when the business requires it
Minimum Qualifications:
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ year of retail sales experience
- 2+ years in a supervisory or management role
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Energetic, organized, and steady under pressure
Nice to Have:
- Experience in wireless or telecom
- Bilingual
- History of building or turning around a team culture
- Proven record of promoting team members into leadership roles
Physical Requirements
This is a floor-based role. Expect to be on your feet for the majority of each shift, working with tablets, POS systems, and retail tools. Occasional lifting up to 15 lbs.

Pay: $17.30 - $27.00 per hour
