Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician
Tall Oaks Assisted Living of West Allis is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- On-call after hours and weekends as needed
Responsibilities:
- Perform general building maintenance and repairs
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other facility systems
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks
- Ensure the safety and comfort of our residents by maintaining the facility in excellent condition
- Respond to maintenance emergencies during on-call hours
Qualifications:
- Experience in building or facility maintenance required
- Maintenance certification(s) preferred or required (based on qualifications)
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and general repairs
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate in a senior living environment
