What You'll Do:

Promote and raise awareness of Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage through schools, libraries, and other venues that reach parents and grandparents statewide.

Work with schools, childcare centers, and libraries to raise awareness of Ohio 529 with parents, grandparents, library patrons, and others.

Promote Ohio 529 to staff in schools and libraries and to related professional associations, non-profits, and other community groups across Ohio.

Support the agency and teammates in reaching annual agency goals and raise awareness of Ohio 529, CollegeAdvantage

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Related field, or equivalent experience
-
1-2 years experience in banking/finance, sales, or public/community relations
-
Demonstrated public speaking and communication skills
-
Valid Driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with school outreach and/or community outreach
-
Familiarity with financial service products
-
Event planning and staffing experience
-
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to execute and achieve goals
Supplemental Information
Supplemental Information:
The starting salary is commensurate with education and experience. Travel throughout the state is required and may include some overnight stays. Due to the nature of events, nights and weekend hours are routinely required. Candidate will be required to utilize their own transportation for travel and will receive standard mileage reimbursement. This is an in-office position in Columbus, Ohio.
