Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of rental properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and outdoor spaces
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and disinfected according to health standards
- Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and towels
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and performing carpet cleaning as needed
- Restock supplies like toiletries, paper products, and cleaning essentials to ensure guest comfort
- Conduct detailed inspections to verify cleanliness and report any maintenance issues or damages
- Follow safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures throughout all cleaning tasks
- Maintain Company van ensuring it's clean and organized.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work or hotel housekeeping management
- Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques
- Ability to efficiently perform laundry duties with attention to quality
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
- Familiarity with cleaning tools such as vacuums, steam cleaners, carpet extractors, and janitorial equipment
- Ability to drive work van.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively
- Able to lift 30-40lbs easily and consistently.
- Able to be on feet for extended periods of time.
