The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pub, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining high food and beverage quality standards, and supporting a positive team culture. This role works closely with ownership and senior management to ensure efficient operations, profitability, and an authentic Irish hospitality experience.

O’Brien’s Irish Pub & Grill has two locations. Plant City was established in February 2007 and Wesley Chapel was established in March 2016. In just a short time it has become a local hot spot.
