Job Overview
Supporting the Senior Product Manager, the Product Manager will be responsible for delivering digital experiences and commercial products .
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
● Responsible for understanding, and executing, the digital strategic direction of a product line and/or a destination/brand as outlined by the Product team.
● Translates the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
● Ensures appropriate delivery of Product requirements across the development lifecycle.
● Writes Acceptance Criteria and guides Testing teams on detailed test cases, ensuring the user story is delivered as expected.
● Manages the feature development and defect backlog on a daily basis to ensure that priorities adhere to the strategic direction outlined by the Product team.
● Ensures the execution of creative assets developed in support of a feature, such as the visual design, content strategy and copywriting, adhere to the strategic vision
● Attends daily scrums with development studios to help drive priority decisions and remove roadblocks
● Supports multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope
● Communicates changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams
● Collaborates with organizations across The Company (Pricing, Rev. Management, Marketing, Sales, Park Operations, etc.) to build and manage scope expectations
● Assists the Product team in translating the digital vision into presentations that will be shared with Executive audiences and partners across the Organization.
Basic Qualifications:
● Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Previous Digital and eCommerce experience is preferred, but not required
● Previous Digital Product Management experience is preferred, but not required
● Demonstrated ability to identify, understand and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
Preferred Qualifications
*Helpful but not required: Hospitality experience, Scrum Master Certification, Agile Certification, PMP Certification

Bachelor's or 15 years Equivalent Work Experience
Pay: $68.00 - $72.00 per hour
