The Role
Love working with your hands? We're hiring an entry-level Production Assistant to help bring our oddly creative products to life. This is hands-on, repetitive production work — assembling boxes, putting together product packaging, building and finishing products, and keeping the workspace clean and organized. No prior experience is required; we'll train you. This is a true entry-level position, ideal for someone who enjoys steady, tactile work and takes pride in a job well done. The set part-time schedule (10 AM–2 PM) works especially well for those balancing family or school.
What You'll Do
- Assemble boxes and product packaging for shipment
- Build, customize, and finish our handcrafted Zen gardens and decor to high-quality standards
- Carefully package products to protect their unique look and ensure safe delivery
- Organize materials, manage supplies, and prep for production to keep the workflow moving
- Handle miscellaneous tasks including cleaning and maintaining a tidy, safe workspace
- Collaborate with the team to meet production schedules
What We're Looking For
- A true entry-level candidate — no prior experience needed, and no advanced degree required
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on tasks and standing for most of the shift
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Reliable, team-oriented, and able to work independently with initiative
- Available for the set part-time schedule (10 AM–2 PM) in Melbourne, FL
