What You'll Do
- Spend your day with a classroom of children, from infants through preschoolers, keeping things safe, calm and on track
- Jump into whatever the day calls for, mealtime, playtime, learning activities or rest time
- Bring energy and patience to a group of children who are counting on a steady adult in the room
- Show up ready to adapt, since every center and every day looks a little different
What We're Looking For
- People who like being around young children and show it
- Willingness to complete a background study, required for anyone working with children in Minnesota
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle, since assignments are within 25 miles of your home base
- Openness to guidance on Minnesota's Rule 3 requirements, our team will tell you exactly where your education and experience place you

Pay & Schedule Pay ranges from $17.00 to $21.00 an hour depending on the role and your qualifications (Aide, Assistant Teacher or Lead Teacher). Minimum availability is 16 hours a week, and educators who can offer 24 or more hours a week get first access to the most consistent placements. Employees averaging 30 or more hours a week may qualify for medical, dental and vision coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off and more.
